Rotation

The Aesthetic Rotation provides USC Plastic Surgery Residents with comprehensive exposure to contemporary aesthetic surgery in a high-volume private practice settings in Marina del Rey and Beverly Hills. Residents participate in the evaluation, operative planning, surgery, and postoperative care of patients undergoing facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, body contouring, and other aesthetic procedures. The rotation emphasizes patient selection, surgical judgment, aesthetic analysis, operative technique, complication avoidance, and longitudinal patient care. Residents also gain exposure to nonsurgical aesthetic treatments and the business and practice-management aspects of aesthetic surgery. The goal is to give residents a broad, practical, and contemporary aesthetic surgery experience that complements their academic training.
